"It Takes a Village" to End Homelessness
Join us for an inspiring, heartwarming evening that will raise funds for and awareness of our unsheltered community.
We are excited to announce our signature fundraising event, Reach for Home’s Harvest of Hope 2022! The event may have a new name this year, but it has the same mission: ending homelessness in Northern Sonoma County. The event’s theme, It Takes a Village, celebrates the opening of the long-awaited first and only interim housing shelter in Northern Sonoma County, the L & M Village. Our goal this year is to raise $215,000 to support our programs.Harvest of Hope takes place at beautiful Alexander Valley Hall. Attendees at this indoor/outdoor event will enjoy:
- A Healdsburg Jazz trio featuring acclaimed composer and bandleader and Healdsburg Jazz Artistic Director Marcus Shelby
- Mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres courtesy of event sponsor River Rock Casino
- A variety of delicious wines
- A program led by well-known Sonoma County charity auctioneer Kenn Cunningham and featuring an inspiring short film by award-winning independent filmmaker Zach Putnam, live and silent auctions, and a compelling fund-a-need.
