End Homelessness in Northern Sonoma County!
Every day, Reach for Home staff supports community members who are at the lowest point in their lives and have nowhere else to turn - the ones who fall through the cracks. They may be living in their cars, in an encampment by the river, or moving from place to place trying their hardest to find a safe spot to sleep for the night. They all have one common need: to live with dignity in a stable environment. To have hope.
With your contribution, we provide the Nothern Sonoma County unsheltered community with food, clothing, toiletries, medical visits, bus passes, and partial rent and utilities assistance. Our tax ID # is 47-2692320.
