Raise $30,000 for Street Outreach by the end of 2022!

Every day, our Street Outreach team works with unsheltered individuals, many of whom have nowhere else to turn. They provide basic necessities like tents, tarps, and food; build trust; and help people experiencing homelessness move toward permanent housing. This holiday season, please provide the Street Outreach Program with critically needed funding.

Funds raised will provide unsheltered individuals with individualized, housing-focused case management as well as supplies and transportation needs (train and bus tickets, gas, or vehicle repairs). Your funds will also support staffing for the Winter Shelter, which provides unsheltered community members with a hot meal (typically donated by volunteers!) and cot for the night. Since November 21, Winter Shelter has only been closed five nights.

By supporting the Street Outreach Program, you will also be supporting the L & M Village (video below). The L & M is a critical bridge between chronic homelessness and permanent housing. The need is great in Northern Sonoma County. We know there are many worthy causes to which you can give and hope you will remember Reach for Home.
