Become a Sustainer of Hope and be Part of the Solution
Homelessness can seem like an insurmountable problem, but it isn't. Reach for Home's mission is ending homelessness in Northern Sonoma County. One person at a time, one program at a time, we are making progress in Northern Sonoma County. Amy, pictured above, shares, "Reach for Home housed me until I got my voucher. Then they found me a new home. I’m eternally grateful.”
Right now, nearly 70 people who have experienced homelessness are living in Reach for Home housing, including 20 people participating in the new interim housing program at the L & M Village who were chronically homeless - people you probably saw on the street.
Consistent, concerted efforts by people who care make a big difference. At Reach for Home, we collaborate with program participants and community leaders to make positive changes on multiple levels every day. We build trust by doing what we say and keeping our promises. With compassion and respect, we partner with individuals experiencing homelessness to identify and accomplish goals.
We know you care too. Helping people who are experiencing homelessness is not a seasonal problem. By becoming a Sustainer of Hope, you offer long-term solutions to unsheltered community members. Pledged monthly income builds trust with participants by offering consistent staffing, programming and hope.
By becoming a Sustainer of Hope, you help Northern Sonoma County reach its highest potential for all residents.
